1. How long is processing time/shipping?
Processing time for Waist beads are 2-3 days and will be shipped within 1 week. Custom Jewelry processing is 2 and a half weeks and will be shipped out after that.
2. How does Waist Bead sizing work?
All lengths of the Waist Beads will be in the description of the product! Waist Beads are tied onto fit you exactly.
3. Do you offer refunds or exchanges?
We do not offer refunds or exchanges! If there was an issue with the order you must contact us within 24hrs and send photo proof. if it is an issue on our end we will offer store credit.
If you cannot locate your order, contact your local post office first before us. You must contact us within 48 hours if you package is missing.
Be sure to check your address before placing order as we are not liable to any incorrect information provided to us once shipped. In the event the item cannot be delivered you will need to pay a re shipping fee.
